✅ Return Eligibility

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item

  • Your item is unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery

  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Note: We do not accept returns for items damaged due to misuse, wear & tear, or after 7 days of delivery.

💰 Refund Process

Once your return is approved and received:

  • A refund or store credit will be issued within 3–7 working days

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method (or via bank transfer for COD orders)

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we’ll cover the return shipping cost

  • If it’s a change of mind or customer-side issue, return shipping will be the buyer’s responsibility
